Pixel Hollow is made by Throttle Mountain LLC. Pixel Hollow doesn't send us any of your information. It has no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no tracking. What it does use goes to Apple, under Apple's Privacy Policy.
What Pixel Hollow uses
- Weather. If you allow location, Pixel Hollow asks for your approximate location (Precise Location starts off) so the weather in the hollow matches yours. While the game is open, it sends that location to Apple WeatherKit about every 20 minutes and keeps the latest value on your device. We never receive it.
- iCloud. Your worlds and backups are saved in your own private iCloud storage so they follow you between devices. We can't see them.
Download and crash stats
Apple gives us download numbers, plus usage and crash statistics from people who chose to share them with app developers. We only see totals and anonymous crash reports, never who you are.
Children
Pixel Hollow doesn't collect personal information from anyone, children included. Apple's parental controls (Screen Time) cover location and iCloud.
If you email us
We get your email address and your message, and use them only to reply. Ask and we'll delete them.
Your choices
- Turn location off any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. The weather just won't follow yours.
- Manage or delete Pixel Hollow's iCloud data in Settings → your name → iCloud.
- We don't sell or share personal information, and there's nothing for Do Not Track to stop.
- Depending on where you live, you can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. For Pixel Hollow, that's at most your emails to us.
Changes and contact
If Pixel Hollow ever starts sending data to us, we'll update this page before that ships. Questions: [email protected].
